- DELIVERY TIMELINE
Kaalzua makes products on order. Estimated time of dispatch is mentioned for all products in the description on the product page. In case the order is for more than one product, the timeline of dispatch for the product with "longest Dispatch timeline" will apply, as we ship everything together. The timeline may vary depending on the value of order. Please note that all mentioned timelines are the dispatch timelines from our factory. The transportation of your product will be carried out by a reputed logistics company. Kaalzua will not be responsible for any delay caused by the logistics company.
- REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kaalzua, we have our processes set at each step of product manufacturing, to ensure that you receive the product ordered in top-notch condition. Each item goes through a round of quality checks prior to shipment. Your inspection and signature upon delivery would confirm safe transportation of the piece. However, still in case you find any defect in your Kaalzua piece, please read our policy for more details.
- Our Refund Policy
We are happy to accept replacement or refund requests for any defective items within 30 days of the purchase. If your return request is made after 30 days of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not entertain a ‘change of heart’ return/exchange policy.
For merchandise picked up from your home, the refund will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.
To be eligible for return/refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will only accept damaged items with a manufacturing defect that happened prior to receiving the product.
The refund will only be processed upon verification of the manufacturing defect at our end.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once your return request is received along with proof and reason for refund, we will send you an acknowledgement email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be credited on your original method of payment, within 30 days of approval.
Refund not received
If you don’t receive the refund within 30 days, please contact your bank/credit/debit card company as it may take some time before your refund is visible in your account. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 93103 11603.
We only replace items with manufacturing defects. We will exchange it for a new piece of the same item within 30 days of purchase.
Items on Sale
We do not offer returns/exchanges on any discounted/sale items.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
The time it takes for the exchanged product to be delivered to you will depend on your geographical location and the delivery time taken by the logistics company.
- Our Cancellation policy
Once your purchase has been made, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests (other than as covered by our warranty policy). The customer is requested to personally be present during the time of delivery to ensure a proper inspection of the purchase.
Price considered at the time of purchase is final and cannot be changed. There can be price change / sale offers between your order placement and delivery; we cannot foresee the same or refund the amount.
